Beard, a U.S. fighter pilot with over 2000 hours in F-4 Phantoms; Brian Cooper, who has over 20 years experience in advanced digital systems design; Major Lincoln Quigley, who has over 3100 hours flying time in various Phantom models; and Colonel T.C. Skanchy, recently retired from the Air force, where he was the vice commander of Red Flag, the Air Force’s combined air operations taining program.
